cloud app security can query the cloud app API for activity logs, and start scanning data, accounts, and cloud content.
App connectors use the APIs of app providers to enable greater visibility and control by Cloud App Security over the apps you connect to.

to edit app connector settings
select app connector > three dots >> edit settings
delete app connector
unfortunately :
currently microsoft does NOT support to delete app connector by admin
instead you can disable that app connector
to delete app connector >> you can send request to microsoft azure team [NOT Microsoft 365 team ] to delete your created app connector
open azure portal https://portal.azure.com/ then select help+support
